Peach jam with goji berries

Here is a recipe for delicious peach jam with goji berries. Goji berries gives the jam more antioxidants and verbena gives the divine taste of lemon.


  • 1 kg of peaches
  • 100 g of apple pectin
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Approximately 20 g of coconut sugar
  • 30 g of dried goji berries
  • 5-10 verbena leaves

  1. Peel the peaches and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Shake them into the bowl with thick bottom, add the pectin and lemon juice and start cooking.
  3. When jam boils and peaches are softened, add sugar.The quantity of sugar, adjust to the taste. On a brisk fire cook until jam thickens (stir constantly). If you are using quality pectin, the jam will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. At the end add goji berries and verbena.
  5. Hot jam put into jam glasses and seal with lids that have beed disinfected.
