Greek Salad

  • 2 large cucumber
  • 3 peppers (yellow, red and green)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 150g green olives
  • juice from half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of dry oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt, pepper


  1. Tomato, cucumber and sweet pepper cut into slices, season with a little salt (remember, feta cheese is salty, too), stir and serve on a plate.
  2. Add olives and feta cheese. Pour over olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle with oregano.
  3. Put in a refrigerator for half an hour.
