Breakfast with food that makes you feels better: quinoa with nuts, cinnamon and blueberries

You will need 1/4 cup of low-fat yogurt, 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of chopped quinoa. Shake all together in a bowl, cover and let gently boiling for 15 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon. In the end, pour over the agave syrup and sprinkle with one teaspoon of walnut.

In saucepan over medium heat, heat a teaspoon of olive oil. Add six major cleaned shrimps and chopped clove of garlic. Cook the shrimp until they become opaque. Shake them in a bowl. In a saucepan, combine 1/4 cans of tomatoes, 1/8 teaspoon of saffron and 1/8 teaspoon of hot sauce. Add 1/4 cup of cooked brown rice and 1/4 cans of chickpeas. Leave that gently boiling for five minutes. Add a mixture of shrimps and cook until hot.
