  • 500 g flour
  • 1 cube yeast (approx. 40 g)
  • 1/4 liter of water (lukewarm)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Prepare the basic pizza dough and add additions to taste.



  1. Sift flour on a wooden surface, make a well in the middle and on the edge of the well sprinkle salt. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water with sugar and pour it into a well. Slowly mix yeast, water and flour and oil until you get a soft dough, which should not be sticky. If the dough is too dry, add a little water if it is too sticky, you can sprinkle with a little flour.
  2. Knead the dough until it becomes supple and it is not sticking to the bowl. Take a kitchen towel and dip it in lukewarm water and squeeze to drain it. Cover the pizza dough with it and leave it for half an hour in a warm place to rise.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the pizza dough into a round pizza and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Put on whatever you like on pizza – ketchup, cheese, pepperoni, olives, … When you are done, put the pizza into preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
