There are never enough of ideas for the delicious and charming appetizers, that you can serve to friends at parties. One of that idea is also Avocado with caviar, served in a glass, here is the recipe.


  • 5 quail eggs
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of ground pepper
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 180 g cream cheese
  • 60 g caviar

  1. Carefully place the eggs in the pan and pour over the cold water so that they are covered. Wait for the water to boil, then remove pan from the heat. Leave the eggs in water for 5 minutes, then drain, cool under cold water, peel and halve. Wash, shake and finely chop the bunch of dill.
  2. Prepare the avocado spread. Cut avocados lengthwise and remove the pit. With a spoon, scoop out flesh. With a hand blender or a fork, mash avocado flesh and along with the oil, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper, mix into a smooth creamy mixture.
  3. Put cream cheese into bowl and mix well. Arrange the avocado cream in glasses, put over the cream cheese, which you coat with egg halves. In each jar add a spoonful of caviar, and then decorate it all together yet with a comma dill. You appetizer Avocado and caviar is prepared and ready to serve.
