Breakfast pizza #1

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Spread rolls onto a lightly greased 12 inch pizza pan; firmly pressing perforations to seal.
  2. Combine eggs, bacon and cheese. Pour over crust.
  3. Bake at 375’F for 12-15 minutes. Cut like pizza and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Crescent rolls
  • 1/2 pound sausage, cooked and drained
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup hash browns
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease an 8″x8″ or 9″x9″ pan. Unfold Crescent rolls into strips and press together on bottom and sides.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, mustard and pepper. Sprinkle the sausage and potatoes, then the cheese on top of Crescent rolls.
  3. Pour egg mixture over all. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 40-45 minutes until no liquid in center.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package of crescent rolls
  • 5 eggs with milk to scramble
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup hash browns

Directions

  1. Spread crescent rolls in oiled 9 x 12-inch pan to fit bottom of pan, bringing dough up along the edges. Seal seams.
  2. Brown and drain pork sausage. Spread on crescent rolls. Cover with potatoes, scrambled eggs and sprinkle top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces tube crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 cup hash browns, thawed and crumbled
  • 1/2 pound sausage, hot or mild
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 7 eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Cook sausage and drain. Spread dough out in 12 inch greased pizza pan sealing edges. Spoon on sausage. Sprinkle with hash browns.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over sausage and hash browns. Sprinkle with cheeses. Cook at 350F for 22 to 25 minutes.
